today has been a good one so far. i set up my pieces this morning to be judged for the art show. ( here's the stuff )

while running tonight i twisted my ankle. i don't think it ever completely healed from when i twisted it last. it's swolen again and hurts pretty bad. maybe i should just go to the doctor and see if anything serious is going on with my ankle since it never did heal. hmmmm....we'll see how it goes ( Read more... )

god damn where has this semester gone? one more month and a week or so in may. i'm actually doing ok in my classes. this has been my most productive semester in ceramics too. i've been whipping out so many pieces, sculpture and pottery stuff. i've been going to the studio every free chance i get. i'm heading there in a little while actually till 10 ( Read more... )

i tried sleeping in today, since i didn't have class this morning, and i still woke up at 6:30 after going to bed around 3:30. damn you internal alarm clock. damn you. fun times last night. i babysit for 3 and a half hours and made 40 bucks before heading out to tacoland. easy money. had a good time hanging out with everyone. saw some old short ( Read more... )

2 more hours and i'm outa work and on my way to denton to see my sister. very happy about that. this mini vacation is much needed.

i talked to one of the parents from work yesterday about a job where she works. she does the hiring and is looking for a medical receptionist. sooo...after i send my resume she's going to put in a good word for me and we'll see what happens from there ( Read more... )

i have a job interview today. still deals with kids but it's not a day care thank god. i'm applying to be an art teacher to kids between the ages 6months-5years. i talked to a couple people at the place and it sounds a lot better than where i'm at now. so wish me luck.

i got out of work 2 hours early today b/c i got sick. and now that i'm home i feel sorta better. i've been getting migraines a lot lately so it's time for me to go back to the doctor and get another prescription. yay ( Read more... )
