I havent lost any weight since Wednesday. Hmmmm. Have to talk to my mom about that.
Todays Meals included...
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Two Hot Dogs w/ Cheese. Total Net Carbs = 6
Dinner: Steak w/ Blue Cheese, Hot Wings, Broccoli. Total net carbs = 12
Total Net Carbs for the Day: 18

you are supposed to have 20 for the first 2 weeks then slowly add more to keep the body right. :)

i give anyone who can stick to atkins props.. i am a carb addict. i could never do it. and i am scared of a lot of fatty foods.. lol.. and i can't eat a lot of cheese or dairy..
