I need to eat dinner but find that I'd rather not put any effort into this whole getting food thing. It's been like this for a while. I'd rather clean my entire apartment then make food lately. I'm terrible at writing. I started a paper journal since at my internship we talk about how good it is to write. I wrote a few pages back in April. Then it turned into a mileage record and a record for directions and random lists. I went on vacation two weeks ago it was nice and relaxing and I was carefree and happy. Been working a lot. My hours this week jumped to 65 so I've just been doing that. Trying to clean the apartment decently today. Two more hours then work til midnight. Still kinda dizzy. definitely sleepy. Went out on Tuesday with friends. I wasn't myself but was able to keep conversation up. Even though I was happy to see my friends I was happy when at the same time I got really sleepy they all decided it was time to go. It made it pretty easy to leave. Work til tuesday. I think I'm gonna take a nap now.

I went to the doctor yesterday. She told me physically I'm fine. She thinks it's my anxiety. Which is funny since I never brought it up. I knew it was bad but I didn't realize it was that obvious. She put me on an SNRI med which is like an SSRI but not. It's my first day on it so side effects are strong. Side effects as in sleeplessness, dry mouth ( Read more... )

I gave blood yesterday. Is it weird that giving blood makes me happy. It gives me a glow and a sense of worth to be able to just sacrafice something that others could use. It sounds both selfesh and giving which is weird but it's true. It's not a big sacrafice but it will make me exhausted for about a week. Always does. But hey it might help ( Read more... )

I feel like I'm repeating in my life. It fails to move forward or maybe I'm just failing to move forward. I've been really depressed lately and most of the time I don't even know why. How was I happier when I was working seven days a week and completely stressed out all the time. I think it allowed me not to deal with more personal issues.
