While doing research for a project loosely about liminal bodies and technology I've stumbled upon an article with a truly amazing title. What the hell is up with the Chicago police that they send plain clothes officers to buildings at 2:30 in the morning to ring the first doorbell they find (mine) to report that someone (who is out of town, I don't know well, and doesn't live in my apartment) had their stolen scooter (which nobody told me was stolen) found. I've been in Chicago for a little over a week and have finally gotten the internet in my house and my bicycle.
