today shouldnt have existed. it took me 5 hours to get out of bed. i sat and watched tv for 2 hours. then went online and tried writing to get some weight off my shoulders but it all got deleted. and i cried alot. i listened to alot of sad music. well the songs arent sad, but they reminded me of better times. boston didnt used to make me miserable.

ive been having crazy highs and lows lately and its driving me crazy. the lows are so easy to stimulate. and the highs all depend on whos around me.
i really hope november will be better than what septmember and october were. because in my opinion, they were basically hell. im in hell.
