wow, good thoughts. As I mentioned before, I just finished reading C&P just a few weeks ago, so it's pretty fresh in my mind. Not being an English major type, however, none of this had really occurred to me. (= Perhaps at some point (after Christmas) I might sit down and really think about what you've written and see if I have any thoughts.
