So, I figured out that I could file a change-of-address form at the polls and cast a "Special" (i.e. provisional) ballot. I went to do that and---what do you know, DC somehow knows my new address, even though I never got a new voter registration card! I just got an acceptance email from Portland State! I'll be flying out there to visit over Valentine's Day weekend (sorry, Dad, looks like I'll be in Portland on your birthday... I hope you understand =). I'm super-excited.

Now to wait a couple months to hear back from everywhere else that doesn't have rolling admissions...
