This is really quite lovely. I've never read the original, never having been a reader of the Sean/Orlando persuasion and I'm not sure why I read it this. But I'm really glad I did. About half way through I was thinking, "I should really go back and find more Sean/Orlando to read," which should give you some idea of how much I enjoyed this. Thank you.

Thank you! That's very high praise that you attempted and enjoyed a new-to-you pair. I've only 'dabbled' with this pair in one project I'm involved in, so this fic was a challenge for me. Much of the credit goes to Brenda's wonderful original.

It's really nice to see this from Sean's POV. It's a lovely compliment to the original, full of nervous energy and hesitation and deep feelings. Lovely piece.

it's wonderful to see sean's deep caring, that he always had the best intentions in breaking it off with orlando, even if it was obviously not right for either of them. i enjoyed this; thank you.

Thank you so much for this!!! I loved reading the story through Sean's eyes, especially his interactions with Viggo & his own regrets about how things had ended with Orlando. I have a lot of love for this particular fic, so I'm especially happy to see it so well represented. :)
