I think I figured out why I'm gaining weight again. It's because my Thyroid is low. That's the thing in your body that helps maintain your weight and what not and mine's low. Well, it was about 3 months ago. So today they drew blood at the doctor to do a follow up on it. Now I have this nice little mark on my arm where they stuck me. *grumbles ( Read more... )
