i must admit, my mom, is your mom. right down to the yelling, the stupid accusations, the bullshit lies she makes up about me. you and i, we're good kids, with bad parents..and it always seems to be that way.
i totally understand your situation, and i've been in it sooo many times. i seriously need somebody elses fingers and toes to count on.

+talk to someone on the phone
+vent in your lj...
+blast screamful music...kittie works. if you're into that. or maybe you like soulfly? pantera. they are some good ol' fashioned screamers.
+write your moms name a million times, and the word "hate". sure, its spiteful, and you probably dont hate her, but it helps

Whoa! Yeah, I've had problems with my family too, sometimes they just lose it. The best advice I can give you is to not let it bring your life down, I know it's hard; but you need to be stronger than her. A mother who hits their child is weak, so rise above her. DO NOT let her sick ass fucking words like slut or bitch tear you up because you know they aren't true, otherwise you wouldn't be questioning her. She just doesn't understand you right now, or she's just a bitch. Either way, just ride it out, everything always gets better. Focus on the good instead of the bad.
