Tonight I had my MK Meeting which went well, as it usually does.  I was very proud of myself that I am stepping out of my "comfort zone" in approaching people to further my business/clientele.  I had gone through a DQ drivethrough to pick up some food before the meeting. Spent the majority of my time last night sewing and letting the stress of the day drift away as I happily concentrated working on my inner kimono. I am 85% done with it. Just need to hem the sleeves, neckline/front edges, bottom edges, and add the collar. Yay!

It is that time of year again!!!! Once again I am in the final preparations of finishing up projects and studying/prepping for the last of my tests before finals week. Thankfully, I have planned ahead for finals and scheduled a week and a half off of work in order to review/prep/study for those horrible end of semester exams ( Read more... )

So it has been raining/thundering here on and off today. Personally I would rather just have a full blown thunderstorm with a good lightning show. Unfortunately they are calling for the rain to turn into snow sometime after 1am (last I had heard anyway) and were predicting anywere in a range from 3-8 inches accumulation (again last I had heard). So for those of you who haven't heard, found out last week I did really good on my Managerial Calculus exam (92%) *yay*  Unfortunately, for my Accounting 2 exam I found out today, as I had thought and feard, I crashed and burned. Is stressful at the moment. I am behind on Math and am working to catch up. Also we have our first test on next Tuesday. I have put in a request at the math tutoring facility for a tutor. The feeler has been put out by the manager ( Read more... )
