If I knew why, I think I would have done something to stop it. OK, I understand that there may be genetic and environmental components here, but my control over them is somewhere between tenuous and imaginary, especially the genetic stuff. Mostly, I am trying the day-by-day approach, though ochem tends to throw in a bit of the "holy shit did you see what is down the road in a week or two?" type of approach.

BTW, can't you see my more recent posts? You are on my frineds list.

I will consider meditation when my schedule considers giving me more than 6 hourts of sleep on average. And that's the problem. If I could have a tape or DVD that I could use at home, it would be perfect, but I unfortunately do not have time to trek to a studio, as wonderful as it may be. You are conversing with a perpetual overeater who just forgot to go to the grocery or cook and just shrugged it off for a few days.

Hmmmm . . . I have a relaxation tape made by an old doctor of mine somewhere. I will have to see if I can find it . . . tomorrow night. Thanks for reminding me!
