Happy birthday to your wife.

I've always wanted to go to Istanbul, drive over the Bosporus from Europe to Asia, but the summer when we planned to, it was just too hot, we took a ferry down at Gallipolli instead. Love Turkish food and Red Sonja sounds like Mercimek köftesi.

And my plans...Well you inspired me to look in my turkisk cookbook, so who knows ;)
