If you have a stinky bag of dog poo in your hand, it is only a truly nice person that offers to help. Depending on HOW stinky it is, I just might puke on you. I will help you up, but we might both be smelling pretty gross by the time we are done.
Well, it was double bagged but since I put my hands out to break my fall they were closer to my nose than I'd prefer. Plus, I wouldn't let go of it (it would mean trying to bend down and pick it up - not going to happen), so it was either help with dog-poo in hand, or no. *lol*
I put down my hand to break my fall. It did. It also broke two bones in my wrist. That was not a good thing. It took me a long time to recover 75% of the use of my left hand. Next time, I think I will tuck-n-roll and try to go into a tumbling maneuver instead.
I hope your knee feels better soon. I know the feeling, I've been there and it's so painful, not to mention embarrassing! I always feel like a bruised apple or something after I hit my knee like that...it gets all smooshy and tender! I hope yours feels better soon.
Also, regarding your life changes...I think this all sounds SO positive and like a really GOOD change. I will be thinking about you a lot and hoping that you keep up with the positive, forward thinking. I think we all need more of that and I'll try to do the same thing in my life. :) We can do it!

For me to have done that, however, I'd have had to realize I was falling before I hit the ground. I'm tellin' ya - that pup is fast!
Hope your hand's better now... :(
