Hmm... so now it's August 1st, and I weigh about 225... not quite down to 180 yet, but I'm working on it ;-)

Normally don't have resolutions, but I think maybe I will this year. Let's start by saying that I'm going to drop my weight from 235 to 180... THIS YEAR! More later...
