This weekend was absolutely amazing! Our dance show "Beyond the Spectrum" was awesome both nights! What a success. :-) I was both happy and surprised that many of my wonderful friends came for support both nights. Today in my awesome Woman's self defense class we learned how to punch the living daylights out of an attacker. Yep, we learned a bunch of different punches, where to hit someone so that it kills them, how to break someone's sternum, and pretty much how to blow out their eardrums with one strike.
