Wow....I need 8 textbooks for one class, not to mention all the other stuff I need for that class (uniform, and various medical supplies).  And it's not a Lit. class or anything, 8 dry and dull books about nursing.  In 7 weeks I'll be in a hospital watching someone give birth.

I hope I survive this semester.

Why is it often so hard to do the right thing?  It's taken me quite a while to find a shelter that will actually take this kitten I had found.  It's very frustrating.  Poor little thing, I hope he's given I good home, I bet he will be....he's the fluffiest kitten I've ever seen ( Read more... )

I find it a little annoying that there can be black student unions, or (insert minority here) only dorms/clubs etc.  But god forbid if a bunch of white guys wanted to make a white people club, then it would be considered racist and it wouldn't be allowed.  People are so silly sometimes.  I'm sure the average black student union is all for ending ( Read more... )

I'm so excited for the rest of this month.

Tomorrow I have one class, and then I have spring break!  Which will be all kinds of awesome, let me count the ways:
no classes,
tim's parent's will be in California that week,
my birthday,
meeting a whole bunch of new people hopefully,
staying at Bard with Tim Mon-Thurs,

I'm such a nerd...

And 'ya know what, I embrace it.

I like being able to write quickly.  I remember it taking so long to come up with an essay a couple of pages long, now it only takes about 20-40min to write a page (double spaced.)

I had a dream that I had to write this five page essay in 10minutes, I hate school dreams....

1.Pick 15 of your favourite movies.
2. Go to IMDB and find a quote from each movie.
3. Post them here for everyone to guess.
4. Strike it out when someone guesses correctly, and put who guessed it and the movie.
5. NO GOOGLING/using IMDb search or other search function.
