Job applications are so frustrating. Pretty much what i have been doing today is trying to find a job for next year, doing the training to seal the deal for this past year, and applying to schools. Sometimes life can really get you down. I just have to remember that God never said he'd make things easy, but he will walk with me the whole way ( Read more... )

i might... have a job for next year in the making on some media work. MIGHT is the key word. I have some sucking up to do. More on that later, but i will be more than thrilled to give up my title as childcare provider.

i think i might be getting sick:-( i ate something that made my tummy disagree. tomorrow is going to be a long day. i work late, and i have to babysit until like 9 p.m.. Today i have many mixed emotions. I had a good day with my family since it is mother's day, but i am sad for my friend who lost his mother last week, and others who may have lost their mothers as well. today was cool, and busy. i didn't get in till early this mornin. i didn't get to sleep much but it was fine. i went to church to work on some things. After that i had a one hour prayer vigil at church. I really enjoyed the time of prayer, and God's presence was very strong in the room. At 5 i went to my new Bible study class. It was pretty cool. i just got home from having an amazing time with friends. i had dinner at babin's near the island and then went to see the movie the interpreter. i got to meet some cool people who share the gospel to everyone at the movie theatre; that's such a cool calling. i handed out one of my hope bags to a homeless man today. i hope he enjoyed it. anyway, i ( Read more... )

it's really awesome when my mom goes through my room and finds a cd i burned her for mothers day and is listening to it when i come home from work. i guess it's time for a plan "B" mothers day gift. she probably saw all the other gifts i bought her as well since they were all around the same area. for some reason i'm more gloomy than happy today. went to the funeral today. it was very touching. afterwards i went to the cemetary, then grabbed lunch at carl's bbq, and now i'm playing hooky from work to rid myself of a headache and catch up on all the sleep i missed out on last night. laterz.
