It's Italy's birthday? [Since he's assuming they have the same birthday, and SHOWS HOW ATTENTIVE OF A PARENT HE WAS. Though he was nice to Italy sometimes. When Italy did his jobs right. And when Austria was in the mood to play music for Italy.]
