I have had a nice weekend; on Saturday I had a clarinet lesson in the morning, spent some time with my father and the girls etc, then had lunch with my friend Naomi. Sunday was lovely and relaxing; nine o'clock start for choir rehearsal then normal Sunday service, and Evensong rehearsal and service in the evening.

I am so insecure. Every time I am in a group of people I get so frightened I just want to run away. Every time I open my mouth to speak I curse myself afterwards because everything I say sounds so incredibly stupid. I really don't think anyone likes me. People want to speak to others, but not me. What a night... Yesterday evening I embarrassed myself by having an attack of anxiety at choir, in front of my friend on whom I have a huge crush (well done Em). I ran outside and he followed me to make sure I was okay, and I stood there in tears, shaking like a leaf and unable to breathe. Getting ready to see Tom for the last time before he goes back to university. I am pretty sure we will be having sex tonight which earlier I was looking forward to, but now am incredibly nervous. Meds have kicked in; the depression has lifted and the anxiety faded. I feel great! Aside from having just accidentally vomited all over myself and the floor (oh, the perks of being a bulimic!), things are generally a lot better.
