build up
a trove of life floats,
a bag of anchors,
a home of letters,
just to know your place
lose grip on
a beating head,
a whirling heart,
a uncontrollable body,
as it all slips away. -
ain't it fun
it take two years
of running back,
and breaking free,
to realise you can't be new.
it takes three years,
of pining,
and chiding,
to realise he won't come back to you.
it takes a year,
of stepping out,
and hiding in,
to realise it had always just been a few.
it takes six months,
of trusting,
and loving,
to realise this could all possibly be true. -

its been a good day just feeling the way i once did, so at peace, and maybe that's why i'm here. let's hope i'll be able to create the magic like i used to here.
