this was a really lovely read, very warm and comfortable. i could feel the familiarity with which you described the characters, in the quirks you give them such as lu han having to count off heads while looking at the group photo. they are each solid and present. lu han was immediately sympathetic ;; the opening scene plunged us into his mind and set the mood for the rest of the story. & for some reason the line The lady next to him is middle-aged and sweet. especially stood out to me?

the xinglu friendship was understated but in the way that they should be, an emotional reprieve :') i liked the way you describe yixing's place, also. the little details went a long way ♥

when they finally get back together, there's a strong sense of "ah~" because i really was rooting for lu han and their happiness ;AAAA;

this is so lovely, cute and tear inducing at the same time haha halfway through it and i felt like crying. probably because the disbandment theme is already sad enough plus lu han leaving... :( but the way they kept their friendship is exactly how i'd like to picture them when the time comes.

the whole story was just so full of emotions, especially when selu were together, and their moments felt so intimate ;~; (even when idiot lu han passed off their first kiss a joke u_u) i loved all the little details, the songs lu han wrote, lu han playing with sehun's hair<3, when lu han realizes leaving would be a mistake, chanyeol being the first one to welcome him back, even their fight, as painful as it is. and ofc that adorable ending, the teasing and the idea of sehun being part of 'home' ;;

all the angst was worth it and it was really a nice read! thank you for this <3
