I wonder if they put in a path so it was wheelchair friendly access? It looks nice.

Hadn't thought of that, but would it be wide enough? As far as i know, none of my neighbours need one yet, here's hoping! Mind, if i stay here long enough, that could be me! i do have a non-friendly chair-access to the garden from my backdoor, with a tiny step and sill before i get onto the two back steps to the path. My flat is a bit odd as i do have a 'wet room' bathroom (very badly fitted shower-tray area) with quite a few 'grab' rails, but there are no other disabled aids in the flat. In other words, it isn't really for a disabled person on their own, i.e. no carer.
