i haven't really said anything about my life these past few months in nashville, so i will at this point. this is mostly for my benefit since i have a horrid memory as many of you know and i've actually already forgotten most of it. probably good, i have the future to think about, right? so here's some on my pre-immediately recent situation:

i've gone and really done it this time. i've fallen in love. only this time i don't have that rotten feeling of regret in the back of my mind--the regret for not being able to see other people, and for having to change myself. this one likes me as i am. he's starting to convince me to do the same ( Read more... )

i've come to understand everything i need to to get over it all. i'm actually content. sober and content. and looking forward to what comes next.

you know you miss lower decatur when you come home completely drunk, stumble to your computer, and listen to "without you" by seabound (DON'T ASK why i have that on my computer), "lovesong" --not by the cure, but by snake river conspiracy, "frank sinatra" by miss kitten, and "panzermensch" by and one, in that order. and like it.
