Isobel bespelled Jim to sleep all day, making him believe that he and Lana were spending their Tuesday happily occupied in bed as usual.  Isobel definitely enjoyed his skills, but she wasn't about to waste her entire day in bed with just one man.  Especially not one who expected to hear declarations of love from her every ten seconds.

"Oh," Isobel said casually, with a smirk. "Well, each to their own I suppose."

She couldn't resist. She whispered a series of words in Latin under her breath, to prevent the odd girl from noticing, and turned the headdress into a strange combination of dead stuffed rodents and dried weeds. And of course made sure that the girl wouldn't remember their encounter or notice the change until either someone else pointed it out or she removed it.

Irulan's frowned deepened, she didn't like this girl. She moved away completely unaware that her headdress has changed and a few seconds later she didn't even remember why she was frowning.
