So! I had a meeting today with one of my prior professors who does museum education work, and I'm going to hopefully start voluntering at the KSU center during the summer after my trip! I'm in Illinois visting with my mommy. I'm having a good time so far. Just being lazy and hanging out. Wish I can see more of family while I'm here but I don't think I'm going to have time. Keep going down the slope, and this time I think I'm going faster. I'm afraid of what's at the end.

When I'm ready to try running again to see if the shin splints are gone, I can't cause I'm sick!

Not happy with my body right now...

For a few weeks now I've been having problems with shin splints in my left leg. It comes and goes but more recently it happens everytime I run. Now I've been running since middle school, but really started running 3-5 times a week since I got out of high school...and I'm just now having this problem? I don't get it. I'm realizing things that make me very sad....
