i feel panicked. i can't do this. i am obviously determined to reach my goal weight. but right now i just feel this overwhelming urge to SI.....i have been on the verge of spacing out for the past couple hours, and if it gets past the point that i am now, i wont have any other choice but to do it. i feel so depressed and nervous and anxious. but ( Read more... )

Have you tried just cutting sugar and carbs out of your diet rather than eating nothing at all?

It's worked for me and at least then your metabolism is still working and burning the fat for you.

I worry that you will do your body more harm than good and at least this way it is harder for the weight to slip back on.

no gym membership....usually i can exercise and it sometimes helps, but when i wrote that it was somewhere around 2am....not a great time for a run, lol.

but a can proudly say that i didn't SI last night. yay!! its a shiny new victory....i haven't actually had to fight the urge in quite a while, and i don't usually win. YAY!!
