i've lost so much weight that my stomach looks flabbity. ;[
60lbs to be exact.
bitchessssss.
my jeans i have on right now are a size 6.
and they're not stretchy.
i want to be a size 4.
i need to lose 20 more lbs.
should take me 2 months.
if i could get on it and stop being so lazy.
pffff.

don't forget you can do it.
it's not easy, really.
just force yourself and you will appreciate it.
it's the best thing i've ever done for myself.
i feel 100% better.
i've still got about 18/20 lbs to lose.

Holy crap you're tiny! is a size 6 canadian the same as a size 6 US sizes?

Moisturise your tummy morning and night with vitamin E cream - make sure you massage it in to get the circulation going.

Pilates is good for toning and it's low impact.

I recommend buying a good quality exercise bike - so easy to use while you watch tv/movies and its low impact on your joints.

i think the pants are made small because i usually wear a 7! ._.
that isn't tiny. :\
i want an exercise bike but i don't really have money for that at the moment. :/ i've got a pilates dvd and i've been trying to work on that.
my stomach always hurts the next day.. lmao. >.

it is tiny.. I'm a size 12AU which is a size 10US :P and I'm boney! my best friend is tiny as and shes a size 8US.

Yeah I only got an exercise bike because my friend works for a fitness equipment company, so instead of paying $800 I only had to pay $200 - bargain!!

A good and easy exercise is to lay flat on your back and then slowly bring your knees up to your stomach (as far as comfortable, sometimes I just bring it up then stretch it up so its at a 90 degree angle with the floor). Hold your stomach muscles in while you bring your leg up. It's easy to do while watching tv (just pop a pillow under your head) and i find it relaxing. I aim to do 200 but if I'm watching a good show or movie I do it for the entire length of that. It works your stomach, legs, butt and thighs! :)
