Some of you that have been around for a little bit may remember the post I made about my rat, Nadia, having a tumor a while back. Well, the tumor finally got too large for her to handle. I had to have her put to sleep yesterday. The vet let me bring her home afterward and I buried her in the backyard- a proper funeral and all. It hit me pretty hard ( Read more... )

Yes, pets have always been like that for me- they're just so difficult to NOT see as people, you know? They all have such distinct personalities and they're always there for you no matter what. Thank you <3

It does...I'm not sure if the second paragraph even made any sense...I just meant it to mean that I trust all of you and feel like I shouldn't keep big things like that to myself. It really does help to have somewhere to let it out though. Thank you <3
