Last night I was sad. I was thinking of my Pauly. I was reminded over the weekend of his absence. He usually would nap with me when I was sick. I was sick and he wasn't there. My 3 year
So, this is my 3 year. I am supposed to be speaking my truth and being creative etc. Right now, all I want to do is say what I am feeling. It has become overwhelming again. I guess--what is in a number? I like numerology--it fits me well ( Read more... ) -
Change
Do you ever spend your time thinking--something needs to change? Something, somewhere in my life needs to change. I am feeling that. I believe part is dealing with the death of my cat. I still miss him and I still cry about it. I know people sometimes say--it is just a cat--how could anyone feel so much for that little furry thing. Well, here is ( Read more... ) -
Today was easier
Today seemed a bit easier. I feel like I am accepting this crappy change in my life in waves. I sometimes feel okay about losing him and then I think--nope, I want him back. He just touched me in such a way--I will never forget. I think he was like my childhood pet--Coco--a poodle. Most people get annoyed with poodles, no one would have gotten ( Read more... ) -
Last night...
A really cool thing-I recently adopted a cat-I think I told you. He is orange and white with black spots-his name is Spot. I kept thinking last night-the really hard part of losing Pauly is that he won’t be sleeping with me and I won’t wake up to him. Goodbye my sweet prince
Today I had to say goodbye to my friend of 16 years. I have known him longer than my husband. My cat--Pauly(his original name) or Boo, Buddha, Buddha the Gray, Pud--I had a myriad of names for this sweet, sweet cat. I loved him so much. He was there for me for every up and every down. It's been a while since I have been here
It has been way too long since I have posted here or really and truly meditated. I think I am feeling the affects of not doing both. So here I go ( Read more... ) -
Wow--almost an entire month has passed
I have not made an entry for way too long. I have been adjusting to working full time. I think I am getting it--I have so much less time to do the fun stuff. I am okay though--I am keeping my eye on the prize(moving as soon as humanly and financially possible to the north west US). I can't wait to live in a place where my allergies are not constant ( Read more... ) -
We are back
We are back from Durango--and am starting to recover. I got a bit of a cold and didn't get quite enough sleep. I did, however, get a lot of rain. This probably doesn't sound that great to some people--but when you live in the desert on a horse with no name...oops-the desert gets so little rain(I know that is why they call it a desert) I just am not ( Read more... )
