Do you have any issues with having this version of God interacting with your character(s)? Nope
Can she know your character's name before being told? Sure- She might have trouble picking one though, most names are simply 'given' not factual. 'Sexy' or TARDIS works as a formal name, though.
Are your character(s) human or something else? Can she sense it? Not human; presumably not even in a human body. It's probably a humanish-alien. And obviously a TARDIS matrix possessing it.
Can she know about your character(s) history? If yes then how much? (You can just give me a link to their app if you're okay with her knowing all of it. Sure! Lots of travelling and such. Although only her strict visible time line with the Doctor so-far. Even though she exists in all of Time and Space, lets keep her open timeline the one in line with the Doctor as he is now.
Is there something specific you don't want her to know about your character? Not that I can think of it.

Can she know your character's name before being told? Absolutely!
Are your character(s) human or something else? Can she sense it? Morticia's inhuman; an alien. Feel free to sense that detail, or simply know that she's not one of 'yours'.
Can she know about your character(s) history? If yes then how much? (You can just give me a link to their app if you're okay with her knowing all of it. I'll say yes with the caveat that Morticia's history is bone-dry. Can she know your character's name before being told? She can know all of them, sure.
Are your character(s) human or something else? Can she sense it? They are a Brain Charger, which is a human that's had their ... soul? messed with. i.e. they are like the fractured soul of their mother shoved into the body of her dead child. Or... something... Their history explains it better.

He is Shinto/Buddhist, so he doesn't believe in God in the Christian/Muslim/Jewish sense. He does believe in kami, which to make things simple, are spirits/gods/natural forces/passed on people of importance. There is a saying over there that there are "eight million kami", or in other words, no end to them.
