Can she know your character's name before being told? Of course.
Are your character(s) human or something else? Can she sense it? She is human with extraordinary magical skill; of course she can.

Is there something specific you don't want her to know about your character? No.
Does your character(s) believe in God? Or just a god? ...Well, there are gods in Olympus. It would be kind of silly not to after getting eyed by Hades. - -

Do you have any issues with having this version of God interacting with your character(s)? Not at all. He's interacted with angels and ghouls, God is no big deal for him.
Can she know your character's name before being told? I'd be surprised if she didn't know his name :O
Are your character(s) human or something else? Can she sense it? Adam's just a normal human. But if she wants to sense that he's been dead and resurrected--and that Michael can use him as his puppet, sure thing!
Can she know about your character(s) history? If yes then how much? (You can just give me a link to their app if you're okay with her knowing all of it. Absolutely. I think if she wasn't clear on his being killed by ghouls, that would be the only thing she wouldn't know.
Is there something specific you don't want her to know about your character? Probably how much it hurt him to know that Zachariah was lying to him about seeing his mother again.

Does your character(s) believe in God? Or just a god? He believes in God when it's beneficial to him :') AKA times in need, idle prayer, but a lot of the time it's mostly just taking the name in vain, etc.
