for those you dont know what it is, a halter monitor is a machine that has 7 little stickers attached all over your stomach and chest with tape all over them so tehy dont fall off and they read your heart beat. i had to wear it for 24 hours and it got REALLY itchy and hott and sticky it was sooo gross and i ahve to wear it to make sure i dont have
