Percival and Gwaine was also heartbreaking. Tom was excellent in that scene, I thought.

MY HEART, SKY. At first it was happy, and now it is sad. And I just keep getting teary thinking about how close they were. Just. Oh, OH, boys. They were so in love. (At this point, I find it really difficult not to think it was a romantic love as well as platonic. They were *this far* from kissing all way through the episode.)

I just saw it and I am still teary. I kinda smiled at the "just hold me" thinking of all the shippers out there.

Now down the line they just need to do a one-off when Arthur comes back.

I was actually crying ugly tears at about half the episode, haha. When I love a ship enough to OTP it, I'm pretty far gone.

AND YES. I kept thinking we'd see him, right at the end.

And I think the end broke me a little, because the amount of times I've been around Glastonbury and seen guys that look exactly like that and clearly think they're Merlin - and just maybe...ah, what the hell, I'm feeling whimsical, what of it?
