Blubber and needles
I am having a plateau phase with working out down the gym, walking, running and healthy eating (not forgetting all the weekend exercising with Ditto!)

The past few days have been bliss!

What the hell happened to my motivation?!
I've been moved around from pillar to post the last year at work and it's driving me... Fucking. Mental.
Sometimes I feel like I'm coming down with cabin fever or something... I have the urge to tear everything on my desk to shreds and walk out. I know, this is totally making me sound like I'd be much happier ( Read more... ) -
Finally a little clarity
I worry. A lot.
I'm pretty sure that the worrying part of my brain takes note of the times my life starts to cruise along smoothly and then raids my memories to find something else in my subconscious to make me fret.

...why people like to seek attention so much... I mean, really?! If you have to force someone to pay attention to you, are they really worth the effort in the first place? Or is the attention you finally receive the kind you originally set out to obtain?!
