I thought that I might finally update this dear journal of mine just to get some thoughts out of my head (and to make a certain someone *stares pointedly* happy).

I suppose that I'm a bit nervous of my surgery tomorrow, I'm getting my knee finally operated on after a knee injury about 3yrs ago.
