Moving to Boston

So I've coniditionally accepted a position at a startup in Boston. It's conditional on Claudia and I going through the numbers and calculating what it takes to live in Boston and not seeing any red flags. So far things look good but now I'm stressing about the unknowns. Also Claudia won't be able to move right away so I need to find a place for

Apparently they're some of the strictest in the country. They brag about it too - on big billboards visible from I-90.
