All-in-one PCs?

I'm looking on newegg for a new monitor and have decided I might as well just upgrade my computer. newegg has a category "all-in-one PC" which looks interesting. Instead of having a monitor and a tower everything somehow fits neatly into the monitor

Yes, they work pretty well. (All current iMacs are like that, and eMachines has several along those lines.)

No, they can't be upgraded beyond increasing RAM.
