Gah. I am counting the hours until Jon gets home. I feel like fiery death today so I'm going to basically eat, bathe, take some drugs and go to bed. I am so ready for Jon to come home. You might think I'm silly, but when one is used to talking to, snuggling, and just generally being attached at the hip to someone...17 days is a long time. 5 days down, 12 to go. Oh well, we'll have 17 days to make up for when he comes back. Lucky monkey.
FYI - He's in Paris right now and it's currently 5 am.

So I kinda forgot to update. No strep, but I do have the upper respiratory infection that WILL NOT DIE! Oh, and I had pink eye also, but that has gone away. Yay.

My eye has stopped oozing for the moment but my eyelid and under-eye are about twice their normal size. Woo hoo! For the safety of myself and other drivers, pedestrians,stray animals, poles and nearby sleeping residents...Jon will be taking me to the doctor instead of driving there myself.

I am currently typing this with only one eye open. I think I have caught the black death. I have a very sore throat, aches, fatigue, swollen glands, an odd facial rash, and my left eye is continually oozing yellow goo from every place possible. Oh, and that hurts too. I have an appointment to see a doctor at 9:45 tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.
