I just bought a Tivo device and I am looking forward to using it. The problem though is that it requires a phone line to download its software--which I don't have. For the course I'm taking now (school isn't technically in session until Friday), instead of an individual project (which is usually a conference paper or journal article for grad courses), we are participating in a class project.
