Neato! Good editing, except for at the beginning where the music was competing with the talking a bit. And this reminds me that I always use too much nori when I make onigiri and I should try cutting smaller squares like you do.
I found another tutorial that taught me an easier way to get the filling into the rice balls without scorching my hands as much-- you can line a muffin tin with plastic wrap, sprinkle water and salt inside the cup, then put the rice in and poke the filling inside. Then you twist the plastic around the rice to make a ball and then unwrap it and continue making the ball into the onigiri triangle. Of course, it's extra equipment and you guys were doing just fine, but it might be something to try if your hands get too hot.
