It's... It's too bad. It was a really impressive starfish. [He tries to be consoling in some way, even as he looks around.] Do you have paper towels or something? I'll help.

No, no! It's okay, Fuu-chan! Like Leon said, it was an impressive starfish! We can just try to make another one sometime, okay? [Maybe with the suggestions Emil gave Fuuko she'll actually do it right?! :| But anyway, cleaning, cleaning...]
U-um... since they were on the floor, I guess so... [Feeding them to some animals wouldn't work, would it? Kinda unhealthy and all.
She then waves her hands a bit at Leon to tell him it's okay.] Ahh you don't have to, Leon! You are a guest, s-so... [But if he really wants to, the paper towels are right there so..]

Once the larger pieces are cleared away, Fuuko will grab some paper towels too and start rubbing away all the crumbs of cake and cream.]
Fuuko will make sure that next time the starfish will be even better. [Though maybe not as big.] It really is too bad, it's a terrible occurrence!

It's as they're cooking that he can't help but ask...]
Er, what exactly made it a starfish cake, anyway?

Clean-up, clean-up, everybody do your share... After a bit, Nagisa finishes cleaning up her side of the crumbs, takes the surviving cake out of the oven, and places it on the counter. Siiigh.]
Well at least it's cleaned up now... And I think what's left is edible.
[And she'll leave Leon's question to you, Fuuko! Since you made it, after all...]

It was shaped like a starfish, of course. When it was fully shaped it looked absolutely adorable.
[But then it grew into a big mass of cake and now it looks nothing like a starfish at all.
...
It's probably better to just call it a cake rather than a starfish cake at this point.]

...Actually, you could probably carve this to still look like a starfish, if you wanted to. It'd just be a much ... smaller starfish.
[Can you tell he's trying?]

[She looks over at Fuuko, smiling.] What do you think, Fuu-chan?

Picking up the knife she used earlier to brutally stab the cake free from the oven, Fuuko cuts the slab of cake slowly. It's nothing like wood carving, but those artistic talents are showing all over the place.
In a moment or so she's been able to form something resembling half a star.]
Can you see it?! Though it is much smaller in size there is definitely a starfish here. Fuuko almost regrets not having thought of this idea first!
