the night however was ruined by ignorance and studpidity, which of course has carried over into today and really putting damper on the long weekend... how forgiving should one be?

For the first time in over 10 years I weigh less than 130lbs!!!! I was 129 this morning. It's silly I know but I've been working so hard and it's really paid off and I'm happy and proud of myself. So I wanted to make note of the day!

I start work in 2 more days! Meep!

Can someone please tell me how you can wake up at 4am and still have insomnia at bedtime! What the fuck. I was up in bed til about 11. I know that doesn't sound so terrible but when you get up at 4:15 it SUCKS. I could have went back to bed but I didn't.
