Besides doing homework, I spit out a five-page paper last night for my ethnomusicology course on bluegrass music, and I have to write another 3-5 page paper tonight for my anthro class about my friend's job. Well, they bring out these big platters covered in this spongy flatbread, and then they pour on various spicy meat and vegetable dishes, and you eat with your hands. Quite tasty, I think.
