I'm studying for my Ethnomusicology final tomorrow, and I'd just like to share what is possibly my favorite song that I've discovered in this class: "Choclo," a performance by a siku ensemble of the Aymara of central Peru.

Last night, we had our first real snowfall of the season on campus. Unfortunately for me, this meant that every freshman in the Quad was outside romping in the snow in an extremely loud and expletive-filled manner. ( I took some neat pictures, though... )

For once in my life, I'm actually busy. Besides doing homework, I spit out a five-page paper last night for my ethnomusicology course on bluegrass music, and I have to write another 3-5 page paper tonight for my anthro class about my friend's job.
