I like the facebook entirely too much. I put up an assload of pictures of people from back home, and it made me a little nostalgic. High school was the most ridiculous thing ever. I walked into the laundry room a few minutes ago to pull my clothes out of the dryer and fold them up. In finally catching up somewhat in my Linguistics readings, I discovered that the man who made one of the most important linguistics discoveries of all time, the translation of the Rosetta Stone, was named Jean-François Champollion.
