Your mom must be an excellent "cook" to make such perfect kimchi. Mine buys it in the bag because it's easier and usually tastes pretty good.

I noticed those chopsticks--my mom keeps sending me those chopsticks (different lengths, shades of wood color, with different colored bands on the handle).
