Wow... that was... beautiful... *sniff*

Did you write that? You should write one about 라면 or 순두부! =D

it is spicy. i think they were trying to say that kimchi juice is the nectar of the gods, ha. but yeah, there are also different kinds, too (all spicy, at least they should be).

There are infinite variations of kim chi. It is very difficult to taste the same flavor of one kim chi again, so once in a while you just hit the honey-jackpot. That was today ;)

I love kimchi! my boyfriend hates it and runs away when I eat it in the kitchen.

I'm not korean, but I eat so much of it [and korean food in general] that people are surprised to find out that I'm not korean at all.

I hope you're havingn the real, delicious kind. I once ate at an americanized korean restaurant.

it was more like american food with a korea twist :(

needless to say their kimchi tasted like cabbage with spices :(

i love the food my mom cooks. and as i sit and eat the un-normal food in an un-normal way, i think--is this what makes us so different from them?

Yes, but do you eat the un-normal out of the un-normal? I eat hardcore Korean food that most would be loathe to eat. Tastes good.
