I remember when Jackson started sleeping through the night. I would have expected that it would be a great night...instead, I couldn't sleep because I assumed he had to be sick and on death's doorstep to sleep all night! But no...it was just time :)
haha he is still not three yet so no worries :) He is almost 2.5 though!
I think he started doing it on a somewhat regular basis around 9 months or so. But not every night of course. He still will have a night here and there when he wakes up, but he falls asleep pretty fast now unless he is sick.
My husband's brother has twins and they both started sleeping through the night at 3 months. But they did the "cry it out" method of getting them to sleep, simply because there were 2 babies, and he worked nights sometimes so she had to get them both to bed by herself a lot of times. We tried letting Jackson cry it out a few times, but I couldn't handle it. I am sure it's not damaging or anything like that, but it just made me too distraught.
