My garter snake died today. We had had Sylvester for about 2.5 years. Paul decided he died of natural causes. A small gathering is planning in the backyard tommorow. I wrote a poem about him ( Read more... )

Mom is doing great! :) SHe's going to Duke here in a couple of weeks for a 2nd opinion, possibly more meds, etc. This has all been by far, the most fear I have ever had to live with...but I'm at least just trying to LIVE with it, and not let it make me die on the inside, which is what I feel like giving into ( Read more... )
